4th edition of Dataconnecion contest , in partnership with the Post
La Poste Group is a partner of the 4th edition of Dataconnexions contest launched September 9, 2013 on the theme of " Local services ". Organized by Etalab * This competition recognizes the best re-use of public data , and Open Data
La
Poste is already associated , in particular through its partnership
with Etalab , the Open Data movement in France. It is present in
www.data.gouv.fr with data on its 17,000 contact points (location, hours
and services each post office ) and data collection points Cityssimo (
points 24h/24 withdrawal 7/7 automatic deposit for packages) .
Under
the fourth contest Dataconnexions , La Poste provides new data sets.
Caution these data are in beta and is only available on
http://legroupe.laposte.fr/Actualite/Le-Groupe-La-Poste-partenaire-du-concours-Dataconnexions
that until 28 October. This is a new approach to partial release of
data for testing , and the data itself , and the interest of re- users,
before a wider opening .
The new data concerned are as follows:
The
file ColiPoste agencies for removal of packages outside the home. Note
that all ColiPoste agencies are accessible to disabled people and have
parking for visitors.
The
file mailboxes street in three different geographical areas in Paris
hyper - urban , urban - provincial metropolis - Bordeaux on an entire
department tourist -06 ( Alpes- Maritimes) .
Review
using data ! This is the time to be part of the pioneers because
Dataconnexions contest # 4 is the first step in a process of La Poste ,
in 2014 , gradually release , open access , data on mailboxes street
throughout the french territory.
