SFR fails to prohibit comparative advertising 4G Bouygues

The operator asked the Red Square that advertise Bouygues, which compares the number of cities covered by 4G by operators or withdrawn. He was dismissed by the Commercial Court of Paris.

Operators are increasingly under surveillance from their competitors and ARCEP, it is not uncommon for these cases end up in court! Already in early October, Orange came to prohibit comparative advertising Bouygues Telecom on the number of people covered by 4G by 4 main operators.

SFR was in turn attacked Bouygues Telecom for another advertising on the 4G too, but comparing the number of cities covered by SFR, Orange and Bouygues Telecom:


This time, the Commercial Court of Paris found that Bouygues Telecom was within his rights. Comparative posters with red ornage blue histogram will therefore remain visible to the public.
