Apple discreetly raise prices of iPhone 5, due to private copying?

The increases ranged from 10 to 18 euros, depending on storage capacity. The iPhone 5S 16GB pass 699-709 euros and 5C 599-609 euros.
French on the App Store, the price of the latest iPhone has been quietly inflated during the night, with no explanation from the Californian manufacturer. The increase for the most recent ranges: the iPhone and the iPhone 5S 5C. For the base model, with a capacity of 16 GB, the 5S pass 699-709 euros (10 euros) and 5C 599-609 euros (+10). On the model 32GB, 5S passes 811 euros (+12) and 5C to 711 euros (+12). The biggest increase affects the 64GB iPhone 5S: it now costs 917 euros (+18).
If Apple has not commented on the increase, it could be related to private copying and litigation that binds the manufacturer to copy France (read: "Apple must pay 5 million for private copying" of 03/06/11).
Moreover, according to the Wall Street Journal, Apple is trying to reduce its orders for iPhone 5C, between 20 and 30% depending on its partners assemblers. On the contrary, it would have increased its production of 5S models that meet higher than expected demand and sell twice as well as 5C. According to Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) iPhone 5S represents 64% of iPhone sales, against 27% on 5C.
